When I first went to see Dr. Williamson back in summer of 2022, I had bottom implants put in by another horrible lady dentist, can't mention any name at this time. The implants were a mess 2 bottom dental implants leaning inward, a front one leaning forward, and one front implant totally exposed and sitting up higher than the other 3. I went to see 7 different periodontist, all turning me away with comments like, to bad for them to fix, beyond what they can fix, go back to the dentist that did this to you. No one would help me. One surgeon tried a quick fix, taking a skin graft from the roof of my mouth to cover the exposed bottom implant and sent me to see Dr. Williamson. Dr. Williamson had never made the type of denture that snaps on to implants, but he did his best to make me a bottom denture I could wear so I could have bottom teeth. But warned the bottom dental implants were in such bad shape he couldn't promise the denture he made could last a lifetime. I went back to the surgeon that did my skin graft and told him of my pain I was still having due to the problem of the exposed implant. Dr Williamson and his staff did a fantastic job helping me with both upper and lower implants. My smile is awesome and eating is also. I feel I'm speaking clearer also.

Dr Williamson gladly took on my wife's special circumstances to get her dentures done right. That included recommending a bone reconstruction to get the dentures to fit properly. He even did another impression since the dentures was quite right. No charge. A little more time was worth the wait as her final dentures fit perfectly.

My dentist referred me for a procedure. Dr. Williamson and his staff are concerned about how you are feeling. He asks you how things are throughout the procedures and seriously will take time to fix things to your comfort and explain too. He is very thorough, polite, and tries to make you feel at ease when you come to the office. I would recommend Dr. Williamson and his staff.

Dr. Williamson did a beautiful job replacing 9 crowns for me. He is highly skilled and knowledgeable. He gave me a beautiful smile and worked hard to make it just right. He takes much pride in his work and works to ensure his patients are happy. His office staff is amazing and kind, and his attention to details is impeccable. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Derrick Williamson is a highly knowledgeable and skilled dentist who takes pride in his work. He was patient, thorough, and attentive throughout each visit, always taking time to ensure my mom was comfortable and informed. My mom and I also appreciated that he consistently ran on schedule — a rare and welcome quality in healthcare. That said, his professionalism and quality of care are excellent. Dr.Williamson and his staff care so much, and they aim for perfection—to the point that he has had, at times, a better eye for the aesthetics and function of my teeth than I do. I highly recommend Dr. Williamson. I required implants to replace molars that I cracked from significant clenching and grinding. Before I met Dr. Williamson, I had an implant that failed. I could not figure out what I had done wrong. I felt defeated and embarrassed. (It turns out that my bite was causing side-to-side movement of the implant, which caused the failure.) Dr. Williamson was recommended to me because he's the best at solving complex issues. He spent several appointments with me, taking high-resolution scans and measurements of my mouth. He developed a plan for crowns that would provide perfect bite alignment and balanced force. The final result has been awesome. My mouth feels like it's been restored to "pre-impant." Dr. Williamson has since created a custom night guard to help reduce the impact of my grinding. I've had night guards before, but none that have fit so well. I'm thrilled. Service with Dr. Williamson may cost a little more, but the result is worth every penny. And NOTHING is more costly in both money and time than losing an implant.
